Supported sign-in methods​

  • Email + password registration
  • Email one-time code sign-in (no password required)
  • Google and GitHub OAuth (link under account settings)

Forgot password​

Use the recovery flow on the sign-in page, or sign in with an email code and set a new password under account settings.

Not receiving verification codes​

  • Check your spam folder
  • Confirm your email address is correct
  • Wait a few minutes and try again
  • If it still fails, contact support

OAuth sign-in fails​

  • Clear browser cookies and try again
  • Try email code sign-in, or confirm Google / GitHub are linked under account settings
  • If it still fails, contact support

Does the desktop app require sign-in?​

The desktop app is licensed with an activation key. The web dashboard requires sign-in to manage keys. Both use the same Mystilink account for purchases.
